All of our chocolates are perishable, therefore, all purchases will be final and non-refundable.
Xokatoz.com is not liable for incorrect order information provided by the customer.
Lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the recipient's address by our third-party delivery partners, cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
Order cancellations or modifications such as a change of delivery address or order quantity will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is prepared, whichever comes first.
We will consider the order delivery “failed” in the following cases:
- Delivery not done due to wrong address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh or any other force majeure, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person.
Product returns: Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible.
To return any items that are damaged or expired or not as per your original order, please return these products to the delivery person along with a remark on the delivery challan. Please contact customer service by email through the Contact Us link on the website. Mention the return of products along with the order number, and the date of delivery.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorisation number and in unopened, saleable condition.
Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded.
Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened or used products.
All items sold via our website are perishable and heat-sensitive and may be rendered inedible if returned to origin due to non-delivery. If after notification by the delivery partner, the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery to accept the package and the same is marked as RTO (return to origin), then the Company shall inspect the same for damage to items, packaging or in the case of consumables, whether they are presentable. The Company will notify the sender in case the damage to products or packaging requires replacement and will advise on the cost of replacing these items. The customer may choose to incur this additional replacement charge or cancel the order. In case of cancellation, the Company will refund the amount less the value of the damaged items.
Terms & Conditions
- Items once ordered will be dispatched within 2-3 working days from date of order. Delivery will normally be within 48 hours of dispatch. In unforeseen cases, delivery may take longer
- For request for re-delivery to a different address from that given during order, additional transportation charges will apply.
- Return / refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
- Xokatoz retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
